IHOP Interview Process

It is very important to do well in the interview process in order to be hired for a position at IHOP.  For entry-level positions, prospective employees must complete and submit a job application, and then they will have a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager.  For management-level jobs, prospective employees may have a series of interviews including phone interviews, one-on-one interviews, and panel interviews.  All prospective employees may be subject to background checks and drug tests.  It can take anywhere between one day to one week to hear from the hiring manager once the interview process has been completed.
