Safeway Interview Process

In order to be considered for employment at Safeway, you must complete an online Safeway job account.  Once this account is completed, you may be contacted by a manager to begin the interview process.  The manager will schedule a one-on-one interview.  While at the interview, you may be asked to undergo a background check and drug test.  You will also be required to complete a skills assessment.  In some cases the manager will offer you a position on the day of the interview.  In other cases, he may not contact you until a later date.
