Tip # 1.Do your research.  Researching the company’s mission statement and philosophy will help you understand the type of employees they hire.

Tip # 2.Review your past job experience and the skills you needed to have for those jobs.Be prepared to explain how having those skills makes you a good candidate for a job with Sonic.

Sonic Interview Process

In order to be considered for the Sonic interview process, you must first complete and submit all required job application paperwork.  This can be obtained either online or from your local Sonic location.  Upon reviewing your application paperwork, a hiring manager may contact you to schedule an interview.  Most interviews at Sonic are one-one-one, but in some cases you may be asked to participate in a group or panel interview.  The hiring manager may offer you a position on the day of your interview.  Another possibility is that he will call you within a week or two to offer you a job.
