Spencer’s Interview Process

The interview process at Spencer’s begins when you complete a job application that you pick up from a Spencer’s store.  When you submit your application to a manager, they may schedule an interview.  If not, you may hear from the manager within a week or two to schedule the interview.  The interview is one-on-one and will focus on your past job experience, personality, and interests.  If you do well during the one-on-one interview, you may be required to complete an assessment over the phone.  Once you have completed and passed the assessment, the hiring manger can offer you a job.
