To begin the interview process, you must complete and submit all application paperwork to the company.  A hiring manager will contact your references and the information that he gets from the references will be considered during the hiring process.  It can take up to two weeks to hear from a hiring manage to schedule an interview.  It is recommended that you call to follow up on your application.  For certain positions, you may be required to complete a personality test.  In most cases, you will have two interviews.  Sometimes there is more than one hiring manager in the interview.  Wal-Mart looks for prospective employees that will stay with the company for an extended period of time, so the interview process is somewhat involved.
